Erudix [“Erudix”] offers its members an online service to share electronic documents and interact with each other students, professors and professionals. The information gained of the members are collected by Erudix and used only for purposes described hereunder.

Personal Profile Information

The first step to become a Erudix member is to create an account. You will have to submit your email address.
In the profile section you may provide additional information describing your professional experience, education, language skills. Providing this information is entirely optional. Your profile will be viewable by all members of Erudix.
User profile information including first name, last name are displayed in order to facilitate user interaction in the Erudix community.
Except as described above, Erudix will not disclose personal information to any third party without a user’s explicit permission.
Erudix reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Erudix of substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.

Log Files

Erudix logs non-personally-identifiable information from all users and visitors to the site, such as IP address and browser type. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes only. Erudix does not link these log files to personally identifiable information.

Cookies

Erudix uses cookies to store visitor’s preferences and to record session information, for purposes that include ensuring that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements and customizing the newsletter, advertising, and Web page content according to browser type and user profile information. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set –each browser is different, so check the “Hep” menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences—however, cookies from Erudix are necessary to allow smooth working of most functions on this site. Access to and correction/updating/removal of Personal Profile Information

Erudix users have access to data, they may modify or remove freely any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing their profile. It is within your right to oppose to the usage by Erudix of your personal data. In order to use this right of opposition, it is required that you send Erudix a registered dated letter in which you motivate your request. Erudix will remove your data from its website within a month.

Data safety

Erudix member accounts are secured by password. Erudix takes precautions to ensure the privacy of member account information. We use reasonable measures to protect the member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to the employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. Changes in our Privacy policy

Any changes to our Privacy Policy will always be available here on the site so that you are always aware of what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
